What ZiPin is

ZiPin is an opt-in Chrome extension and web dashboard that displays sponsored partner offers while you browse and awards points that may be redeemed for crypto payouts. Offers may include affiliate deals, offerwall campaigns, native partner placements, or ZiPin products — each rendered as a local JSON card from our backend. This is an offers and rewards product, not an ad blocker. Website access is optional: ZiPin only runs on general websites after you grant the all-sites permission in the extension UI and Chrome.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, password hash, optional Google account identifier, wallet address, and session tokens.
• Extension device data: generated device ID, browser user agent, timezone, locale, and API key binding metadata.
• Browsing activity signals: when the extension is enabled and you have granted website access permission, we collect the current page URL and title, tab visibility, scroll and mouse activity summaries, and foreground/idle indicators used for fraud prevention.
• Offer interaction data: impressions, clicks, impression IDs, offer identifiers, timestamps, and invalid or honeypot-triggered events.
• Network metadata: IP address and coarse location used for abuse detection and device online status.
• Payout records: claim amounts, wallet addresses, transaction status, and related audit logs.

Why we collect this data

• To authenticate users and bind extension clients to accounts.
• To deliver approved offers, record valid impressions and clicks, and calculate rewards.
• To detect fraud, automation, and abuse of the rewards program.
• To operate payouts, support, and legal compliance.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not load remote executable code into web pages, and we do not disguise the extension as an ad-removal tool.

Data sharing

We may share limited data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, analytics, payment/blockchain services) strictly to operate the product. Affiliate, offerwall, and advertising partners receive only aggregated or event-level delivery data required for campaign reporting, not your account password or unrelated personal profile data.

Retention and deletion

You may pause the extension, revoke website access permissions (in Chrome extension settings), uninstall it, or request account deletion as described in our Uninstall & account deletion guide. We retain ledger and fraud records only as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
