Uninstall & account deletion guide

You can stop using ZiPin at any time. No hidden steps.

1. Pause ads immediately

  1. Open the ZiPin extension popup in Chrome.
  2. Turn off the Ad delivery toggle.
  3. Close any visible sponsored card using the on-screen close button.

2. Uninstall the Chrome extension

  1. Go to chrome://extensions.
  2. Find ZiPin Ads.
  3. Click Remove and confirm.

After removal, the extension stops injecting ads and sending activity signals.

3. Delete your account

Sign in to the dashboard, open Settings, and use the account deletion option when available. If you need manual deletion, email support from your registered email address.

Account deletion removes or anonymizes personal account data where legally permissible. Some payout, fraud, and ledger records may be retained for compliance and accounting.

4. Revoke API keys

If you only want to disconnect a browser, regenerate your extension API key in Dashboard Settings. The old key will stop working for new device bindings.
